Hi, I'm Nitish.
I’m a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, based in Bellevue, Washington. I’ve spent 10+ years working across marketplaces, payments, and seller systems. I like owning the product decision and getting close enough to the implementation to make it work.
The work
Commercial ownership, then the customer workflow
Today I own strategy and operating mechanisms across a $16B+ seller fee-incentive portfolio. Earlier work includes $4.8M in free-cash-flow impact at Amazon Pay and a JIRA-to-Workfront migration for 29 teams and 6,000+ users.
I also conceived and built Amplify for marketplace account managers. I partnered with data engineering for the North American launch; European engineering adapted it. The work taught me to treat stakeholder commitment and adoption as product responsibilities.
I also train colleagues to use AI-assisted coding to build Python automations for their work.
After hours
I keep building outside the day job.
SproutRoute helps parents plan family trips. Sprout Math gives children short, offline math practice. I built them to learn through product decisions, design, and implementation. I own the experience from the first sketch through implementation and release.

Home is Bellevue, Washington.
I live here with my family. Most weekends we're at one Eastside playground or another — my kids have a real gift for finding the ones I haven't discovered yet. The spare hours that don't go to a playground usually go to whatever small AI project I'm tinkering with that week.
