Portfolio assistant
The portfolio guide displays answers in your browser. Selecting a question does not call an AI model, send the selection to a server, or store a chat history. Your browser requests pages and assets from the website host. “Ask Nitish directly” opens your email app.
The retention and processor details below apply to records from the earlier assistant and contact service. The current portfolio guide does not submit to those services.
Chat questions, the assistant's answer, cited source identifiers, route, confidence, and privacy-preserving technical metadata may be stored to improve answer quality and understand recruiter needs. Email addresses and phone numbers accidentally included in chat questions are redacted before storage.
Name, work email, company, role or opportunity, optional job link, message, and consent time are stored separately from chat questions and used only to respond to the opportunity. A copy is sent as a notification to Nitish's portfolio and personal inboxes. Contact details are never inferred from browsing behavior.
Raw chat questions and session records are deleted after 90 days. Aggregated, non-identifying metrics may be retained longer. Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 365 days unless deletion is requested sooner.
Cloudflare hosts the website. The previous chat service used Railway for processing, Supabase for storing chat and contact records, and OpenAI for answering questions from portfolio material.
You can use the static portfolio without opening the assistant. To request deletion of a chat or contact submission, email hello@nitishprasad.com with enough information to locate the record.
