01 / Scope

Own the business mechanism and how it operates.

My role spans strategy and operating mechanisms across the seller fee-incentive portfolio. The work includes launching programs and defining success around seller selection and gross merchandise sales.

ASINs are Amazon’s product identifiers; GMS means gross merchandise sales.

02 / Results

Three launches, with commercial measures.

I launched three programs that delivered a 171% lift in targeted ASINs and a 41% GMS lift against a control group in an A/B experiment.

Give account managers a better way to act on seller insights.

In the same role, I identified preparation gaps for account managers and built Amplify. Amplify brings seller context and recommended actions into their preparation workflow.
